Goodbye Facebook.

Goodbye Facebook.

I have said goodbye to Facebook. After roughly 10 years.

Two days ago I deleted an account that I never have used. That will completely go.

In addition I inactivated my main Facebook account. It is still there because I have to remove about 18.000 members in two groups connected to it: On Every Street and Leica Street Photography. Both groups have been archived. Members have to be removed manually one by one and that takes time.

Reasons why? Facebook is simply too time consuming and having an open account takes your attention no matter what.  I need time to do others things around photography and street photography. Like writing. Like things I do not even know of today.

It is goodbye to Facebook for this time. I am giving it a rest. To me this is good way to start 2018.  My Instagram account is still open.

Happy New Year.

Best regards
